This Zero Tolerance Policy outlines behaviors and practices that will not be accepted from both clients and talents. Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of contracts and services.
For Clients
We strive to work with professional, ethical, and respectful clients. We do not engage with businesses or individuals who:
🔴 No Deposit, No Commitment – We require an upfront deposit or retainer before starting work. We do not accept clients who refuse to honor this policy.
🔴 Late or Non-Payment – Delayed, inconsistent, or refusal to pay invoices will lead to service suspension. We respect our VAs' time and effort, and we expect the same in return.
🔴Early Termination Without Notice: A client terminating services without a 30 Days notice period will forfeit their security deposit.
🔴Direct Hiring Restrictions: Clients are prohibited from hiring our talents directly without agency involvement for a period of 24 months after engagement. Violations will result in a penalty of $3000.
🔴 Disrespectful or Abusive Behavior – Any form of harassment, discrimination, bullying, or verbal abuse towards our team will not be tolerated. Professionalism is expected at all times.
🔴 Unrealistic Expectations & Scope Creep – We work within agreed deliverables. Clients who constantly change project scope without fair compensation will not be accommodated.
🔴Lack of Communication & Unresponsiveness – Effective collaboration requires responsiveness. If a client is consistently unresponsive for extended periods, we may discontinue the partnership.
🔴 Ethical Standards & Compliance – We do not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities. Clients requesting unethical tasks will be immediately removed.
For Talents
We only work with VAs who uphold our values and professionalism. The following are strictly not tolerated:
🔴 Missed Deadlines & Unreliable Work Ethic – Commitment to deadlines is crucial. Constant tardiness, missing tasks, or failing to deliver quality work without valid reasons will result in termination.
🔴Poor Communication & Unresponsiveness – Timely updates and professional responses are required. Lack of communication can disrupt workflow and is not acceptable.
🔴 Dishonesty & Misrepresentation – Falsifying experience, using AI to complete tasks without disclosure, or misrepresenting skills is grounds for immediate removal.
🔴 Disrespectful Attitude – We foster a positive work culture. Rudeness, insubordination, or a lack of professionalism towards clients or teammates will not be tolerated.
🔴Breaching Confidentiality & Data Security – Sharing client information or agency strategies without authorization is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action.
🔴 Side Hustles During Work Hours – Engaging in other jobs while on agency time without prior approval is a breach of contract.
🔴 Engaging with Clients Outside the Agency – Directly working with clients outside our platform without approval is a violation of company policy.
🔴 Breach of Contract: Any violation of the non-compete or confidentiality agreement will result in legal action and financial penalties as per the contract terms.
